Hello WalkTail Hour Community,
We recently enjoyed a trip to Bearwallow Mountain Trail in North Carolina. It is a pretty easy 2-mile (round trip) hike. There is a standard trail that you can take up to the top with 360* views of the surrounding area. They also have a gravel access road that you can take which is even easier. This trip is great for dogs, families, and everyone else. Well maintained trails lead to a wide open grassy area at the top where you can run around and play. There are also some great views to take in at the top. It would be a great spot for sunsets and star gazing. Overall this was a really nice and easy hike for the whole family. If you get a chance to do it yourself, leaves some comments below and let us know what you thought. Some things to note: - no biking - no camping or campfires are allowed - dogs must stay on a leash - you can connect with some other trails in the area from here very easily if you want to extend your hike.
